In the beginning, anti-depressants were hailed as a temporary respite allowing a person to regroup and make life style changes to improve their situation. They are now subscribed at an alarming rate, to “Sheep-le” masking “symptoms” caused by the many life style compromises to continue making “the big bucks” at their J.O.B.s. Most people would make very different lifestyle choices if it were not necessary to make money to support their families. For instance many of the men who spend half their lives away from their wives and children working in the “Oil Patch” are divorced or on their second marriage. Other families are struggling to make ends meet with both parents working, often at more than one low paying job or working shift work while juggling the needs of their families. Everyone suffers until you recognize that you are being abused, if you allow it to continue, you become the abuser as well as the victim.
